Overview

The Director of Program Management at Resonetics is a key leader in an individual contributor role who manages multi-site, multi-process, vertically integrated technologies, processes, and businesses. The Director plays a crucial role in overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of the company's various programs. They ensure that all program activities align with the organization's strategic objectives and are completed within the defined scope, time, and budget constraints.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of programs, ensuring they align with Resonetic’s strategic objectives and compliance standards.
  • Keep projects on track and ensure timely completion within the defined scope, accountable for successfully meeting or exceeding commitments on  performance, cost, and schedule.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple sites and multiple projects to ensure seamless execution and delivery. Delegate and manage tasks among team members as appropriate to drive execution of project deliverables and minimize risk.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor the program management team, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and professional growth.
  • Manage stakeholder communication, providing regular updates on program status, risks, and milestones.
  • Drive the resolution of issues and escalate them appropriately to ensure the highest level of quality and service.
  • Monitor and control program budgets, timelines, and resources, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Lead risk management activities to minimize project risks and maintain program integrity.
  • Facilitate the successful handover of completed programs to operational teams, ensuring sustainable benefits realization.
  • Interact with senior personnel on complex matters requiring coordination between organizations.
  • Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of project management tools, processes, and methodologies.

Qualifications

  • Degreed professional with minimum 10 years experience
  • Strong project management experience leading multi-site cross functional teams in a technical environment.
  • Solid team leadership, team building and facilitation skills.
  • Solid conflict resolution and arbitration skills.
  • Strong analytical and data driven approach with proven problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong presentation, written, and verbal skills, ability to communicate with all levels within the organization.
  • Ability to facilitate a collaborative working environment for internal/external customers and team members.
  • Must be comfortable communicating and/or presenting in front of all levels of the organization.
  • Ability and willingness to travel.
