Overview

The Marketing Communications Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing external and internal marketing campaigns and initiatives. They will collaborate with the other members of the marketing team, external vendors, and Resonetics employees to drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth. They will work to execute and support internal communication initiatives that improve awareness and communication across the company. They will be involved with maintaining the Resonetics website, eCommerce store, online and social media presence, planning tradeshows, corporate events, branding, promotions, and advertising campaigns. They will also develop graphic and video content as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Development: Collaborate with the marketing team and external vendors to create comprehensive marketing campaigns that align with company objectives and target audiences. This includes the development of content, graphics, and promotional materials.
  • Digital Marketing: Manage and optimize digital marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO) to increase online visibility and engagement.
  • Content Creation: Generate high-quality, engaging content for various marketing channels, including blog posts, social media posts, email, newsletters, brochures, signage, and more.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Utilize data insights to adjust strategies for better results.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape, conducting research to identify opportunities and gaps in our marketing efforts.
  • Branding and Messaging: Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing materials and communication channels to maintain brand identity, including internally across the company.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with graphic designers, copywriters, and other team members to create compelling visuals and content that aligns with campaign goals. 
  • Event Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating marketing events, trade shows, and webinars.
  • Support the operations of the Resonetics website, including updates, written content, and images.
  • Support the internal and external eCommerce stores, including content generation and updates.
  • Execute acquisition marketing activities, including press releases, graphics, promotions, updates, and transfers of marketing materials.
  • Maintain professional relationships with all external marketing partners.
  • Create corporate presentations and presentation templates.
  • Maintain the inventory of all marketing samples and facilitate their use in tradeshows and other activities.
  • Create a quarterly internal newsletter to highlight business activities and updates.
  • Maintain marketing project status and deadlines in a project management software.
  • Produce video content for internal and external use, including editing, and translation with automated software support.
  • Support technical teams with the preparation and promotion of white papers including formatting and editing content for publication.
  • Develop and implement standard marketing processes to streamline projects and tasks. 
  • Work with individual sites to ensure standard company branding, including banners, paint, logos, signs, decals, etc.
  • Work with HR and recruiting team on career marketing efforts and other human resource marketing projects as needed. 
  • Write marketing content and copy edit all marketing materials and content across all marketing initiatives for grammar, spellings, copy errors and language.  

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or similar
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Understanding of marketing basics
  • Proficient in MS Office
