We are a leading innovator in the melting and manufacturing of cutting-edge medical and industrial-grade Nitinol products. We’re looking for a passionate Manufacturing Engineer to play a critical role in driving our manufacturing operations to the next level.

 

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be at the heart of our production, ensuring processes run smoothly, identifying opportunities for improvement, and making impactful decisions. This role offers a unique opportunity to innovate and optimize within a rapidly growing industry. You'll be working on a variety of tasks, including process monitoring, troubleshooting, and creating essential documentation to ensure our products meet the highest standards.

Responsibilities

  • Design and conduct research programs to evaluate and enhance our manufacturing processes.
  • Analyze labor, materials, and production schedules to provide insights that will shape our future production strategies.
  • Evaluate and refine our quality control processes to ensure excellence in every product we deliver.
  • Develop manufacturing processes in partnership with product teams and equipment vendors.
  • Analyze and plan workflow, space utilization, and equipment layout to maximize efficiency.
  • Generate insightful reports by collecting and analyzing data, and propose recommendations based on trends.
  • Create and maintain critical documentation, including product specifications, inspection documents, and validation protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations, safeguarding our product and company reputation.
  • Guide technicians through design and development projects, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Keep your skills sharp by attending educational workshops and embracing growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/manufacturing engineering or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and time management abilities.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • A desire to continuously learn and the flexibility to work overtime when needed.

Compensation

Base Salary $80,000 - $115,000 and Bonus, depending on experience.
