We are looking for a visionary Senior Manager, Talent & Culture to spearhead our talent management and organizational culture initiatives. The Senior Manager, Talent & Culture is responsible for developing and implementing talent management strategies, policies, and programs that align with our business goals and support our objectives for talent retention, engagement, and development. This includes managing performance, employee training and development, leadership development, and succession planning. You will work closely with HR Business Partners to ensure effective execution of these programs.

Responsibilities

Performance Management and Succession Planning:

  • Lead the design and implementation of performance management systems that effectively evaluate employee performance, recognize high achievers, and address performance gaps. Collaborate with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to ensure seamless execution of these systems across all locations.
  • Develop and manage succession planning processes to ensure organizational continuity and prepare future leaders for key positions.
  • Provide guidance to managers on delivering constructive performance feedback, setting clear goals, and fostering career development conversations.

Learning and Development Programs:

  • Partner with key stakeholders to identify training needs and design learning and development programs that align with both organizational goals and individual career growth aspirations.
  • Establish a Leadership Competency Model and develop comprehensive training plans focused on leadership skill-building. Facilitate leadership development programs, workshops, and coaching sessions to strengthen leadership capabilities across the organization.
  • Define and implement a Learning Management System (LMS) strategy for non-compliance training, working closely with the service delivery team to ensure effective execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in training and development, with a focus on manufacturing or similar industrial environments.
  • Proven track record in leading succession planning initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success in managing training programs across multiple sites or locations.
  • Deep understanding of training methodologies, e-learning platforms, and effective teaching strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide others.
  • Strong capability to evaluate and research diverse training options and solutions.
  • Project management and organizational expertise, with a focus on delivering results.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to different manufacturing sites as needed.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent decision-making abilities.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and a strong collaborator.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Creative problem-solving skills with a forward-thinking approach.
