We are seeking a dynamic and driven Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team at Resonetics. The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recommending candidates for all positions. This role requires a deep understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, a keen eye for identifying talent, and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

 

The Talent Acquisition Partner will play a crucial role in developing and executing recruitment strategies to ensure hiring goals are met with the best talent. This person must understand, model, and represent the company's needs, ensuring that all activities comply with Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) laws, HIPAA, ERISA, and other regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively source, identify, and engage with top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing feedback and updates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, provide guidance on job descriptions, and advise on best practices for interviewing and selection.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Extend job offers to selected candidates, negotiate terms, and manage the offer acceptance process.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in Life Sciences.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
