The Co-op program will provide hands-on meaningful work experiences in the Design Services Department to improve analytical, communication and program skills. Successful candidates for this role will gain valuable experience in the medical device industry which could shape career decisions and create future employment opportunities.

• Contributor to multiple customer initiatives.
• Execution of general  job tasks to complete customer orders.
• Perform equipment set up, part production, and maintenance of workstations.
• Part inspection, kitting and building support as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

• • Enrolled in an applicable program and in good standing with the university/college.
  • At a minimum, completed 1 year in program.
  • Creative problem solver with good communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Analytical mindset.
  • Organized approach, with a demonstrated ability to move multiple projects forward in parallel.
  • Self-starter with passion for fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings using a GD&T system.

• General understanding and applicability in data collection and manufacturing.
