Overview

The Production Cell Supervisor is responsible for Managing all activities within the production cell, ensuring compliance with GMP, ISO standards, and company procedures. The role includes supervising the production team, enforcing cleanroom and safety protocols, and maintaining accurate documentation for audits and inspections.

Responsibilities

 

  • Supervise daily team operations to ensure efficient and compliant production processes.

  • Apply LEAN principles to improve workflow, reduce waste, and enhance operational efficiency.

  • Ensure all production processes are executed in accordance with regulatory and company standards.

  • Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching and development for the team.

  • Coordinate and collaborate with Quality and Maintenance teams to resolve process or equipment issues.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of production, cleaning, and environmental monitoring activities.

  • Prepare for and support internal and external audits and inspections.

  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions as needed.

  • Enforce proper attire, hygiene, and behavior within the department.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, or another relevant field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of managerial experience in manufacturing, preferably in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.

  • Proven experience in applying LEAN methodologies, managing operational and quality metrics, setting targets, and driving continuous improvement.

  • Demonstrated experience in process improvement and operational efficiency.

  • Strong understanding of GMP, ISO 13485, and cleanroom protocols.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards.

  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed.

  • High proficiency in English.

  • Strong data analysis skills.
