This position is designed to provide hands-on experience in the field of Talent Management and Talent Acquisition. The intern will support the development, coordination, and execution of key programs related to performance management, leadership development, employee engagement, and the intern/co-op program. This includes assisting with recruiting logistics, engagement activities, and program communications. This role offers a valuable opportunity for someone pursuing a career in Human Resources to gain insight into strategic HR functions while supporting daily operational needs. The compensation for this role is competitive and will be based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the planning, coordination, and analysis of the annual engagement survey, including support for action planning initiatives.
  • Contribute to the testing and implementation of enhancements to the performance management process.
  • Support the design and delivery of manager development programs, including workshop logistics, preparation of presentation materials, and tracking of participant feedback.
  • Provide administrative support across various talent management processes and initiatives.
  • Assist in the evaluation of the Learning Management System (LMS), including baseline analysis and review of vendor proposals to inform future recommendations.
  • Collaborate with HR team members and business partners on ongoing Talent Management projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Help coordinate and execute the Summer Intern/Co-Op Program, including scheduling events such as lunch-and-learns and engagement activities.
  • Manage intern/co-op communications and feedback channels to ensure a meaningful and engaging program experience.
  • Support the tracking and organization of intern/co-op data, including project assignments, performance evaluations, and program metrics.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of program documentation, such as guides, FAQs, and internal communications.

Required Qualifications

  • Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail and organization
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrated interest in talent development, learning & development, or HR strategy
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior internship or project experience supporting Human Resources, Talent Development, or Talent Acquisition functions.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize and visualize data using Excel or similar tools (e.g., created dashboards or reports for leadership or HR teams).
  • Familiarity with SuccessFactors

Compensation

  • The compensation for this role is competitive and will be based on experience and qualifications. The anticipated range is $21.00-$23.00 per hour.
