Overview

This position is responsible for the heat treatment of medical device components using manual labor.  The offering position requires the candidate the ability to sit and stand for periods of time, the ability to read and understand work instructions and complete necessary documentation as instructed. The associate will perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Set Timers as stated on routers
  • Heat treat parts
  • Read/Fill out routers steps and Identification labels
  • Adhere to and enforce safety guidelines
  • Be aware of the department’s quality goals and workmanship.
  • Transfer fixtures weights up to 10-15 pounds

Required Qualifications

    • Required Skills: 

      • High School graduate or equivalent.
      • The use of micrometers, gages, and calipers.
      • Basic computer skills.
