The Manager, Nitinol Inside Sales provides oversight for maintaining and developing Bethel tube, wire and sheet accounts not covered by the business development team. This role leads the forecasting, quote process and monthly metric tracking for these products. This role ensures ongoing pipeline and partners closely with manufacturing, Business Development, Customer Solutions and Lightspeed Labs to ensure review targets are met. This role is the main contact with the customer and owns the customer relationships. He/she works closely with customers to build trust, understand requirements and ensures ongoing customer satisfaction. This role provides leadership oversight for Bethel Proposal Manager and reports into the SVP Sales, MIS.

The compensation for this role is competitive and will be based on experience and qualifications. The anticipated range is $110,000 –$133,000.
