This position requires an energetic and detail-oriented individual to manage warehouse operations with a strong sense of urgency. The primary responsibilities include packaging and shipping materials, receiving goods, organizing and maintaining raw material inventory, and staging materials for internal use by production and other departments. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that materials and shipments are handled quickly, accurately, and safely in a fast-paced environment.

This person will be expected to understand import/export documentation and packaging requirements. This person will also be expected to operate the electronic shipping systems used by certain carriers.

Responsibilities

  • Package and ship all materials and finished goods accurately and on time through ERP and shipping systems.
  • Receive and inspect incoming materials; verify documentation and route items to appropriate areas.
  • Stage raw materials and components at designated locations for internal production use based on work orders or job schedules.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse, ensuring proper storage of raw materials.
  • Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile with ERP system data.
  • Move materials efficiently using carts or manual handling as needed.
  • Coordinate daily with departments to meet shipping deadlines and material staging needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve shipment delays, packing discrepancies, or documentation issues with urgency.
  • Manage shipping and receiving logs, including preparing documentation and shipping labels.
  • Follow and enforce safety protocols and company shipping/receiving standards.
  • Ship and receive all Resonetics goods through Epicor and supplemental systems, as required on a daily basis
  • Review, maintain and ensure all shipping documentation is correct and delivered to appropriate departments.
  • Ensure all receiving documentation is correct and accompanies all packages to stockroom or individuals who ordered the material
  • Supply interdepartmental communication for receipts and shipments daily.
  • Receive material into secure area in accordance with GMP guidelines.
  • Administer and issue material to jobs
  • Work with quality personnel to ensure that customer product is packaged for shipment per their specifications with all required documentation
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in shipping/receiving and warehouse operations
  • Familiarity with ERP or MRP systems (e.g., Epicor) is preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and urgency
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a shipper/receiver role
  • Prior work experience within an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) / Material Requirements Planning (MRP) environment
  • Epicor ERP experience a definite plus
  • Ability to work split shift to accommodate late daily shipments

Physical Demands

  • Frequent standing, lifting (up to 50 lbs), bending, and walking throughout the warehouse
  • Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, attention to detail, handling heavy loads, physically demanding

Compensation

The compensation for this role is competitive and will be based on experience and qualifications. The anticipated range is $19-$25/hr.
