The Financial Reporting Accounting Senior Manager oversees the general ledger accounting operations ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with US GAAP and internal policies. • Manage and mentor GL Accountants
• Lead month-end closing activities, including preparation and review responsibilities for journal entries and reconciliations.
• Administrator and subject matter expert for Blackline.
• Preparation of global consolidation and financial reporting in accordance with GAAP.
• Point of contact for subject matter expert level knowledge of systems impacting or used in financial reporting, including Epicor (ERP), NetSuite, and Power BI.
• Assist in developing and implementing process and system improvements for processes impacting financial reporting and the accounting function.
• Partner with external auditors during interim and year-end audits.
• Support various ongoing projects throughout the year.

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of general ledger accounting experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP, financial reporting and internal controls.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles.
• Must be able to communicate both orally and written in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
• Team player with the ability to multi-task between priorities.
• Ability to work in a professional, fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Detail-oriented, analytical and deadline driven.

• Experience working in ERP systems, Epicor a plus.
• CPA license preferred
• Advanced excel and other reporting tool capabilities.
• Experience working in a global manufacturing environment.

• Light office work
• Hybrid working environment with the ability to be in office a minimum of 3 days per week

The compensation for this role is competitive and will be based on experience and qualifications. The anticipated range is $120,000-$154,000.
