We are looking for a strong Customer Solutions Specialist who can provide support to our customers utilizing our Salesforce system by responding to customer emails and occasionally handling phone calls. Assist customers with quotes, process orders, and address any customer needs promptly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer interactions professionally, supporting customers in getting a fast and complete resolution to their need.
  • Work seamlessly inside of one or more technology platforms, including Salesforce CRM.
  • Respond to customer emails and handle phone calls to facilitate quotes, order placement, and address customer inquiries.
  • Ensure detailed and accurate data entry and management.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to provide comprehensive customer solutions.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a B2B business.
  • Experience supporting for customers in the Manufacturing Industry.
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle complex customer requirements.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to work remotely with a disciplined and proactive approach.
  • Be available to commute to one of our specified locations up to once a week for team meetings, training, or as required by the role.

Preferred Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree.
  • Experience working with SalesForce.com.

Compensation

The compensation for this role is competitive and will be based on experience and qualifications. The anticipated range is $54,000.00 to $67,000.00.
