The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for managing Resonetics Kettering direct material portfolio as well as leading and executing strategic projects across the Resonetics Kettering organization. This individual will be responsible for maintaining on time delivery of raw material to Kettering operations, supplier qualification, process Improvement and optimization. Additionally, this individual will manage projects while developing and sustaining an infrastructure for Lean / Six Sigma, margin expansion, and strategic growth. There will be times when continuity of supply requires direct support of the manufacturing floor. These responsibilities may include but not limited to the support of laser qualification, equipment troubleshooting, process development, investigation and disposition of non-conforming materials.

The compensation for this role is competitive and will be based on experience and qualifications. The anticipated range is $88,000–$115,000.
