Responsible for front-desk operations and comprehensive administrative support across Training, Onboarding, Safety, Procurement, Facilities, and Employee Services. Serves as the primary point of contact for employees, vendors, and visitors, ensuring smooth daily operations on-site.
Lead onboarding logistics, including new-hire setup, workstation preparation, badges, and orientation.
Support safety processes by arranging trainings and maintaining required documentation.
Manage uniforms, office supplies, mail, deliveries, purchase requests, inventory, and budget tracking.
Oversee cleaning and catering services and maintain direct communication with related vendors.
Welcome and coordinate visitors, candidates, and suppliers; manage meeting rooms and refreshments.
Support HR with welfare events, gift cards, internal communications, and bulletin boards.
Assist with time & attendance activities and serve as payroll backup for monthly closing.
Maintain site appearance and coordinate external vendors (maintenance, gardening, pest control).
Handle office equipment such as coffee machines and ensure proper functionality.
Schedule and track medical checkups for new and existing employees.
Provide ongoing service and administrative support to employees and leadership.
Previous experience in administration and recruitment – an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
