Overview

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Production, this member of the Production team is responsible for assembling medical devices components for Agile MV Technologies Inc (A Resonetics Company) products. Ensuring the smooth running of all operations activities in line with ISO 13485, FDA, GMPs, CE mark such as the following tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble small components with a microscope, equipment, and tools.
  • Ability to follow the work instruction and execute them effectively.
  • Follow procedures according to the ISO 13485 Quality Management System.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly workstation.
  • Work at different workstations as the project requires.
  • Refer to superiors in case of non-compliance.
  • Ensure standards are met, and productivity goals are achieved.
  • Accurately records all manufacturing documentation and Document quality records.
  • Ensure medical device quality.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma.
  • Experience working with a microscope.
  • Significant interest and skills in the manual assembly of small components.
  • Detail-oriented and quality-focused.
  • Experience in the medical or pharmaceutical field industry is an asset.
  • Advanced level of oral and written French.
  • Advanced level of English, to interact with customers and suppliers who are mainly international. To comply with international industry standards.
  • Ability to follow the work instruction and execute them effectively.
  • Has an inquiring mind and synthesis.
