Resonetics is a leader in micro-manufacturing for life sciences, providing precision laser processing and advanced automation solutions. Our Supply Chain team plays a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency, and we are seeking a motivated Supply Chain Data & Capacity Modeling Intern to support key initiatives.  

 

Position Overview:
This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to contribute to data integrity and capacity modeling efforts within the Supply Chain team. The primary focus is assisting with ERP data cleansing, supply chain capacity analysis, and process improvements to enhance planning and resource allocation. Additional responsibilities include data validation, report generation, and system process enhancements.

 

We are seeking a Supply Chain intern to provide hands-on support to the Supply Chain team during a period of operational stabilization and improvement. This role will focus on data analysis, execution support, and process documentation, helping the team improve visibility, accuracy, and day-to-day flow.

 

This position will be 5 days a week onsite, in Bethel, CT. We currently do not provide housing. 

This internship runs from approximately from May - August of 2026.  

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Supply Chain team to cleanse and standardize ERP data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Assist in capacity modeling to improve forecasting and resource planning.
  • Analyze large datasets and develop reports to support supply chain decision-making.
  • Identify and resolve data inconsistencies in ERP and planning systems.
  • Assist in process improvement initiatives related to inventory management and demand planning.

Required Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (QAD experience is a plus).
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, data visualization, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to apply principles of:
    • Data analysis and statistics
    • Operations management
    • Forecasting and capacity planning
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Compensation

For temp, temp-to-hire, and regular full-time positions, our company policy is that we are unable to provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must already be legally authorized to work in the United States without need for sponsorship now or in the future. 

 

The compensation for this role is competitive and will be based on experience and qualifications. The anticipated compensation is $20.00 per hour.
