We are seeking a motivated Quality Inspector II responsible for inspection of parts and assemblies, inspected with precision measuring instruments and gauges as primary inspection tools. The offering position requires the candidate the ability to sit and stand for periods of time, the ability to read and understand work instructions and complete necessary documentation as instructed.

Responsibilities

  • Perform inspection and analyze data required by work instructions, Inspection Test Masters and specifications.
  • Will be required to perform developmental, first run production parts, in-process and final inspection.
  • Visual inspection to internal and customer quality requirements.
  • Prepare rejection tags & NCR’s noting deviations from specifications on dimensions, finishes, material, processes or quality.
  • Stamp or otherwise approve acceptable parts and complete paperwork as required.
  • Perform data entry/analysis.
  • Tensile Testing and other lab testing as necessary.
  • Tasks assigned by supervisor/manager.

Required Qualifications

  • Extremely detail oriented individual.
  • Must read and interpret prints and specifications
  • Possess problem solving skills
  • Exhibit written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Must be proficient with computer.
  • Experience with MS Office (Excel).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Medical Device Manufacturing background preferred. 

Compensation

  • The compensation for this role is competitive and will be based on experience and qualifications. The anticipated range is $17.02 - $24.04/hr.
