The Warehouse Coordinator role will be responsible for receiving product, inspection, shipping, inventory management, general warehouse organization activities, ordering clean room supplies, and doing general assembly work on an as needed basis.

Responsibilities

  • Receiving shipments from suppliers and customers
  • Assigning lot numbers to components and maintaining traceability
  • Organizing the warehouse and each projects inventory shelf
  • Creating shipments for finished good products and samples to customers
  • Working within FedEx and UPS
  • Palletize freight shipments
  • Performing majority of inspections for the operations team
  • Working with project managers to manage inventory
  • Working in our MRP (inventory management system)
  • Help with production packing, kitting, and shipping
  • Working as a team member to support development and operations projects
  • Work at a pace that meets establish time standards while making quality product
  • Communicate progress and report problems to Supervisor and Line Lead(s)
  • Perform routine assignments according to specified and/or standardized procedures
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Support company finance, accounting, human resources, quality, regulatory, and clinical departments as necessary to ensure compliance with requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to multitask and be versatile with the work flow each day
  • 1+ year(s) working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and/or warehouse setting.
  • Must have or be willing/able to obtain forklift certification within 90 days of hire.
  • Ability to prioritize workday based on the needs of the business
  • Ability to handle and be trusted with confidential and/or sensitive information.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
  • Ability to be flexible and to handle multiple projects in an organized, timely manner.
  • Ability to problem-solve, work under pressure, and to effectively manage stress.

Physical Demands

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer, standing, and walking.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Able to use a pallet jack
  • Ability to climb a ladder
  • Must have excellent hand-eye coordination.
  • Ability to differentiate between colored wires, tabs, and electronic components.
  • Must wear personal protective gear if applicable.

Compensation

  • The compensation for this role is competitive and will be based on experience and qualifications. The anticipated range is $18.50–$23.00/hour.
  • Our company policy is that we are unable to provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must already be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
