The Quality Engineering Co-op will support the quality systems and continuous-improvement activities that help ensure Resonetics delivers reliable, high-quality medical-device components and assemblies. This role offers practical experience with regulated manufacturing, inspection, data analysis, process validation, and problem solving.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with investigations related to nonconforming material, customer feedback, corrective actions, and process deviations.
  • Support quality data collection, trending, and reporting to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Help maintain quality records, inspection documentation, and controlled procedures.
  • Participate in process-validation and qualification activities, including collection and review of supporting data.
  • Work with Engineering and Operations to support root-cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
  • Assist with internal audit preparation and other quality-system activities as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program in Quality, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Biomedical, Industrial, or a related Engineering discipline.
  • Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Interest in regulated manufacturing and medical-device quality systems.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the ability to clearly document technical information.

Compensation

The compensation for this role is competitive and will be based on experience and qualifications. The anticipated range is $23.00 to $28.00.
