Resonetics Hutchinson is looking for a Production Team Lead to join the team on 1st shift. Schedule M-Th 5:45 am - 4:15 pm.
This job is considered to be a hands-on leadership position in which an individual is expected to provide assistance to the Production Supervisor and perform as a highly skilled laser operator. The individual will work as a part of a defined workstation team, coordinating work activities, maintaining compliance to procedures, performing quality control checks, acting as a technical lead for first level problems, moving product into and out of the work area, assisting with training and assuming a role as a laser operator.

This job is considered to be a hands on Supervisory position in which an individual is expected to provide assistance to the Production Manager as well as acting as a Technician. The primary responsibilities of the Production Supervisor include directing job assignments and providing technical hands on leadership to the production staff. As a member of Resonetics management, this position is responsible for conveying a professional attitude towards other employees while recognizing the responsibility to meet production schedules and customer commitments. Another key aspect of this position is the selection and training of new employees and employees working on new jobs.

This position is part of a team and a heavy emphasis will be placed on the individual's ability to participate in a team environment.

The Environmental, Health and Safety Manager will lead the Resonetics’ EH&S and Laser Safety Programs and will ensure that all asigned sites are compliant with all National, Intermediate, and Local Governmental Laws and Regulations. The hands-on nature of this role, from developing procedures, performing audits and investigations, to training staff and administering the EHS and Laser Safety Programs, must be emphasized.
This position will office out of our Hutchinson, MN site with oversite and periodic travel to Blaine, MN, Hudson, WI and Kettering, OH.
This position employs an individual skilled in advanced quality assurance techniques with an in-depth understanding of ISO 13485 Quality standard and 21 CFR Part 820 Quality System Regulations. Responsible for leading and influencing Resonetics quality inclusive of product quality, new product introduction and quality management system for multiple Resonetics sites. Areas of focus include but are not limited to:
- Statistical process control including implementation and sharing of best practices
- Definition and monitoring quality metrics and lead continuous improvement projects
- Provide customer management for high visibility or multi-site customers
- Lead the corporate supplier management program
- Train quality personnel on quality tools and techniques inclusive of GagR&R, SPC, IQ/OQ/PQ Validation Strategy, Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action, Risk Analysis and pFMEA
This position will focus on improving quality in a contract manufacturing environment. This individual may from time to time directly manage the related activities of specific clients or Resonetics sites as needed.
Additionally, this individual will oversee the maintenance and improvement of the Resonetics ISO certified Quality System and has authority and responsibility to;
- Ensure the quality system requirements are effectively established and maintained
- Reporting on the performance of the Quality system to management with executive responsibility
The principal responsibility of this position is to develop and maintain manufacturing processes to meet acceptable standards of manufacturability and compliance to the Resonetics Quality System. Manufacturing processes shall include but not limited to photo chemical etching/machining (coat/expose/develop/etch/clean), shear, ovens, laser marking, automation, inspection and/or measurement.
This position will concentrate on establishing and improving efficiencies in the manufacturing of medical devices. Additional areas of focus may include but are not limited to setup reduction, statistical process control/variation reduction, work cell design/optimization, operator training/work instructions and tool/machine design selection or improvements. Other daily responsibilities will include procedure generation, participation in production readiness/product validation activities for customers, developing and deploying continuous improvement plans for production products and procedure generation. An important aspect of this position is the hands-on nature of this role. As improvements are identified, it will very likely be the responsibility of this individual to implement and re-qualify changes.

Resonetics Hutchinson is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join its team working Monday thru Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm. This position provides technical support for equipment internal to Resonetics.
The Maintenance Technician concentrates primarily on the timely completion of assigned tasks in order to maintain established preventative maintenance schedules and to effectively repair unplanned equipment failures in a timely manner. Additional areas of focus include but are not limited to: PC support, process control, machine assembly and fabrication, programming and wiring, procedural recommendations, records keeping, equipment refurbishments, and advanced troubleshooting. The hands on nature of this position must be emphasized.
