The Director of Program Management at Resonetics is a key leader in an individual contributor role who manages multi-site, multi-process, vertically integrated technologies, processes, and businesses. The Director plays a crucial role in overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of the company's various programs. They ensure that all program activities align with the organization's strategic objectives and are completed within the defined scope, time, and budget constraints.
This position employs an individual for the operation of a computer-based laser machining work center. This individual's primary responsibility will be to laser process components through instructions that may be in the form of drawings and written or verbal direction. Employees must become familiar with procedures and are aided with direct supervision. This position is part of a team and a heavy emphasis will be placed on the individual's ability to participate in a team environment.
Salary range: 17.00 - $18.00/hr.
The principal responsibility of this position is to develop and maintain manufacturing processes to meet acceptable standards of manufacturability and compliance to the Resonetics Quality System. Manufacturing processes may include but not limited to stamping, forming, shearing, tube drawing, laser and resistance welding, laser marking, laser cutting, wire cutting and stripping, adhesive/paste dispense, oven/UV curing, electrical testing, machining (centerless grinding, Wire EDM, etc.), cleaning, ACF bonding, automated inspection, photo chemical etching/machining (coat, expose, develop, etch, clean) and/or measurement.
The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for managing the production development and readiness activities for finished medical devices and catheter sub-assemblies. This individual will act as a NPI core team member, representing the interests of manufacturing engineering and operations. The product focus of will be on Class 2 and 3 medical device assemblies in the interventional space covering a range of therapies and technologies. This individual will manage process development and continuous improvement projects while transferring new products and processes from our multi-site Agile & LightSpeed Lab teams.
